Thomas Kokkinos-Kennedy (*Berlin & Melbourne) is a graduate of RMIT University where he studied Architectural Design, earned a degree in Urban Planning, and was awarded First Class Honours for his research on policy design. Since 2012 Thomas’ research has focused on the topics of: organisational communication, aquifer and fracking policy, and the significance of Nikolaus Luhmann’s work for analysing communication flows. After moving to Berlin in 2014 Thomas joined the team at Stadtgeschichten – a collective of Urban Planners focused on social engagement via the strategic use of public space for and with underprivileged communities.
